2021年9月，天津海嘉国际双语学校与朗思测评(LanguageCert)PeopleCert公司达成合作，正式成为朗思测评考试的官方授权考点。

　　未来，天津海嘉国际双语学校 将为天津考生提供更多、更便捷的朗思测评考试机会和渠道，以测评促进英语教学，携手并进，致力于为国际化学校提供权威可靠的英语教学及测评解决方案。

　　为此，我们专门邀请了天津海嘉高中部韩振亮Allan老师，围绕朗思认证等问题进行了一次深度访谈。

　　Q：什么是朗思证书？What is the Language Certificate?

　　A：朗思是英语语言证书。它使用 CEFR（欧洲共同参考框架）客观反映个人英语语言能力水平。

　　The Language Certificateis the examinationwhich provides an objective level of English Language Proficiencyby using the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference).

　　Q：为什么天津海嘉申请申请朗思认证考试中心？Why did BIBA Tianjin apply to be an accredited delivery centre? 

　　A：朗思考试能够帮助学生了解并提升他们的英语语言水平，同时也帮助老师根据学生的英语水平准备有针对性课程。

　　It will help students to improve and know their English level and also help teachers to prepare their classes based on students objective English levels.

　　Q：为了获得认证，天津海嘉在过去的暑假做了哪些工作？What was BIBA Tianjin’s process over the summer holiday, to achieve accreditation?

　　A：我们计划使用朗思证书作为框架来帮助我们建立英语语言学习的年级基准。在暑假期间，我们按照流程准备了全部合规材料，并让我们的员工承担更多额外的责任，以便我们能够获得资格，开展测试。

　　We plan to use the framework from this Language Certificate qualification to help us build grade level benchmarks for English Language Learning. The process to achieve accreditation during the summer holiday involved reviewing all our compliance processes, and involving a team of our staff to take on additional responsibility so that we can deliver the qualification.

　　Q4：认证对我们学校意味着什么？What might the accreditation mean for our school?

　　A：天津海嘉是天津家也是一家获得朗思颁发许可的学校！这对整个学校社区来说都是非常令人兴奋的！

　　BIBA Tianjin is the first and only school in Tianjin to be approved and licensed to deliver Language Cert! This is very exciting for the whole school community!

　　Q：认证对我们的员工意味着什么？What might the accreditation mean for our staff?

　　A：教师可以申请朗思考试，作为支撑其教学计划的工具。它还使我们的教师能够发展提升他们的教学，特别是与英语语言教学相关的教学实践。

　　Teachers can apply this exam as a vehicle to supporttheir teaching plans.It also enables our teachers to develop their teaching practice, specifically relating to English Language Teaching.

　　Q：我们下一步的计划是什么？What are our next steps?

　　A：培训我们的员工团队以符合资格，并帮助鼓励我们的学生参加测评。

　　Train our staff team to work with the qualification, and work with our students toencourage them to attend.

　　Q：家长和学生什么时候可以了解更多信息？When can parents and students expect to receive more information?

　　A：在我们为员工完成一些培训后，我们将为家长和学生举办培训说明会，以提供有关测评过程的更多信息。

　　Afterwe have complete some training for ourstaff, we will hold an orientation for parents and students, to provide more information about the assessment process.

　　朗思国际英语测评 LanguageCert International ESOL（简称：朗思IESOL）经过英国政府指定的质量评估机构 UK NARIC 的严格审核，获得英国内政部移民及签证中心 (UKVI) 授权，被纳入安全英语测评 (SELT) 框架，正式成为在英国本土及海外国家申请英国移民、工作、学习及配偶签证指定语言测评项目。等同于雅思 IELTS UKVI 考试。

　　目前，朗思 IESOL 被全球高等院校广泛认可，目前，认可院校有帝国理工学院Imperial College London、爱丁堡大学The University of Edinburgh、曼彻斯特大学The University of Manchester、华威大学The University of Warwick、利兹大学University of Leeds等，认证院校名单持续增加中。
